HappyOrNot’s SmileyTOUCH: an easy, effective and safe way to let visitors, customers and patients give feedback. This easy-to-use tablet-based version of the HappyOrNot-device collects feedback in two different ways:
- Touch: Visitors click on the touch screen that has an antibacterial coating.
- Mobile: Visitors scan the QR code or web link with their smartphones.
Thanks to the integrated follow-up capabilities and the option to let visitors write their own comments, you can expect – in addition to scores – concrete feedback. This allows you to collect content-rich feedback in an approachable way that you can quickly use to make improvements.

The Smiley Touch is fully customizable; you can mount the terminals on the wall, deploy them as a table-top version and, of course, place them on the classic pillar. In addition, HappyOrNot offers the possibility of custom-made branding.

Reporting
The customer feedback collected by the HappyOrNot Smiley Touch can be accessed and shared in a variety of ways. You can access the results 24/7 through HappyOrNot’s online dashboard and through the smartphone app. The results are available in two formats. There is the Quick View – as the name suggests – which provides an overview of your most important results. It is presented via simple and informative widgets. This gives you the information you are looking for at a glance.
The second reporting format is the Detailed View. Here, among other things, you can analyze long-term trends to find areas for improvement or bottlenecks. It gives you the opportunity to fine-tune your business so that it meets the needs of your customers and employees.
Moreover, there is a Click & Share option that allows you to share the results online. You can export the data to Excel, PowerPoint or PDF.
Web and e-mail reports
You will receive summaries of the results by mail. The summaries will include information about the location and time of completion. In addition, you will also receive a short summary that you can easily share internally to evaluate the results and discuss areas for improvement.
